Head Instructor: Benae

Benae, head instructor of Little Honu Swim School prides herself in taking a sincere interest in seeing her students succeed. With over 25 years of experience in swim instruction Benae opens up her home to students who, along with their parents, can feel safe and happy in a relaxed environment in beautiful Lahaina.

Instructor: Brooklynn

Brooklynn is a gem. Her patience and calm personality is key to her teaching. Brooklynn has been in the water since birth. As Auntie Benae’s daughter she has been around the pool and lessons all her life. She is a natural at teaching and her love for kids.

Our instructors are mature, professional, extremely knowledgeable and great with kids.

In addition, we frequently evaluate the progression of each student to make certain that every student is in the most appropriate class with its corresponding skill level. To make sure that our students are learning and are happy, we actively solicit feedback from parents and students to let us know how our instructors are doing, and if there's anything at all that we can be doing better.

Our Pools

We keep our salt water pool at a comfy temperature year round. We do everything in our ability to create an environment that nurtures and promotes learning to students of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you have an infant you want to introduce to water, a child learning to swim for recreation or competitively, or if you are an adult wanting to learn this wonderful lifesaving art, we would love to teach you.
